Davan Site Contractors Inc. was established as a vertically integrated division of Davan Landscape Design/Build in 2010 with the focus of being a leader in site specialty construction.

The principles of Davan, David Bouck and Brett Ritchie, provide dedicated and superior quality service. The aim is to work collaboratively with clients in their respective industries. This client-centric approach ensures the highest level of service is provided, while also offering value engineering to reduce costs and keep projects within budget.
Both David and Brett have a wealth of diverse experience within the landscape, recreational, environmental and civil construction industry. They have been involved in the planning, design, management and construction of a variety of multi-million dollar development projects throughout Ontario. David's expertise lies in providing clients with turn-key solutions for ICI developments. Brett takes his vast expertise in sport field and golf course development projects and provides clients with viable construction solutions.
